Amidst an ageing population, Singapore seeks skilled foreign professionals, including Filipinos, to fuel its diverse workforce and economic growth. OFWs can thrive in booming sectors—tech, finance, healthcare, e-commerce, hospitality, sustainability, education, and entrepreneurship—offering high-paying roles, innovation, global networks, skill growth, and work-life balance. Singapore's global hub status and educational focus offer Filipinos a launching pad for career growth and international exposure.

Compared to countries like Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, Singapore offers significantly competitive foreign tax rates (0% to 22%). This includes exemptions on capital gains. This advantageous tax environment allows individuals to retain a higher portion of their earnings, resulting in increased disposable income with enhanced financial stability. As a result, many professionals working in Singapore can save more money or send larger remittances back home to support their families and investments.

Singapore embraces diversity and racial harmony, creating an environment where people from different backgrounds can thrive. English, as the primary language, makes it easy for foreigners, including Filipino professionals, to integrate smoothly. The 44-hour workweek mandate underscores the importance of work-life balance, leading to greater job satisfaction. As a Filipino in Singapore, expect your contributions to be valued in a respectful and supportive workplace, where recognition is part of the culture.

Gain a competitive edge through our transformative internships with top hoteliers and corporations in Singapore's MNC scene. Guided by mentors, interns enjoy cross-functional exposure, skill enhancement, and expanded networks. As a hub for global MNCs like TikTok, Amazon, and Grab, Singapore's exceptional economic status and advanced transport system offers invaluable international exposure and corporate experience, propelling your career forward.
